Foster is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary.
He works with teens and adults, as well as couples. Foster is an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) Candidate with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges around sexuality and sexual addiction. In addition, he works with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, men’s issues, OCD, relationship struggles, spiritual questions, and work-related stress. When working with couples, Foster uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach designed to help couples strengthen their connection and move toward a healthier, more secure relationship.
Foster considers it a privilege to walk alongside people as they process their stories and work through life’s challenges. His goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where clients can honestly explore their hopes, fears, and the patterns that might be keeping them stuck.
Outside of the office, Foster loves spending time outdoors — especially hiking and backpacking — and he’s worked as an outdoor adventure guide in the past. You can often find him and his wife Morgan exploring Northwest Arkansas or taking walks with their basset hound.
