David's Humility

Introduction

For several years, King Saul and his elite soldiers relentlessly pursued David throughout Israel with the intent to end his life. Aware of David's divine anointing as the future king, Saul desired to protect and preserve his claim to the throne. Despite being hunted and repeatedly pressed into hardships, David left judgment and revenge in the hands of God. Even when he had opportunities to settle the score, he showed incredible reverence and restraint.
