As a group, discuss what it means for people to be made in God’s image. Is the image of God different in men and women?
What aspects of God’s nature/character do humans share with Him? What are the distinctions?
How do you see Identity, Community, and Purpose tied God creating people in His image?
Where do you see the image of God displayed in your life or the life of group members?
Where do you feel the image of God broken in your life?
How does a relationship with Jesus heal and mend that brokenness?
Be honest: what types of people do you tend to fail to see God’s image in them?
Where is God stirring for you to be intentional to seek friendship and relationship with someone different than you?
The great commission is to help people to live in the image of God and then to help others do the same. How can you join in this process?
