Making Disciples

Have you ever been part of a group that seemed to lack purpose or direction? What was that experience like?

Read Matthew 28:18-20 aloud.

This passage begins and ends with Jesus declaring His authority and His presence in believers' lives. How does Jesus have authority in your life and how is He present?

What is a disciple? How would one go about making a disciple?

When Jesus said, "Go... all nations," the implication was that His followers would have to go to where lost people were to obey this command. How can you strategically build relationships with people who need to know Jesus?

What action step could you take this week to move toward an intentional conversation with someone who doesn't know Christ?

Jesus commanded disciples to observe "all the he commanded." How does this kind of growth happen in your life? How can we be a community who does this well?
