Live as ONE, live by the WORD, live as SENT
In John 17, Jesus prays for His disciples and for future disciples that would come after them. These three rhythms- living as One, living by the Word, and living as Sent- embody for the church what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus. Therefore, these rhythms act as our core community values at Mosaic.
Know and love one another “…that they may be ONE, even as we are ONE.” John 17:11
Living as ONE is to profoundly connect with others. It’s more than just making friends. It is a diverse spiritual family living life alongside each other, reflecting a divinely intimate relationship embodied by God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Abide and obey Jesus “Sanctify them in the truth, Your WORD is truth.” John 17:17
Living by the Word is to commit one’s whole self to worship and devotion to Jesus through the whole truth of His written Word. It is the beginning and end point of defining who we are and what we are called to be.
In and not of the world “As You have SENT Me into the world, so I have SENT them into the world.” John 17:18
Mosaic's vision for every community of believers is that they would live with a people and place in mind that God has called them to. These SENT groups act as an OUTPOST of the Kingdom of God, as lights called into the darkness of our world.
Discover Mosaic is an eight-week small group experience where you will learn who Mosaic is, meet other Mosaic families and individuals, get connected with pastors and ministries, and have all your questions answered.
Small groups exist to help you feel known as you aim your life towards living Jesus' dream. So, we gather in small groups. It’s how we SCATTER into the world. Our ambition is that every person connected to Mosaic is LIVING IN and LEADING OUT of a small group community experience.
